Ah the joys of returning to childhood favorites with adult eyes.
Never been able to fully enjoy Beauty and the Beast ever again after realizing it's basically the ground work for an abusive relationship (he isolates her, won't let her see family, threatens he'll die if she leaves, etc, etc). Damn it, given I love the cartoon.
